Another gem that the hubby and I discovered while on our trip to Greece this past summer is the Taverna Kourites. This restaurant is located in the Tzermiado Village in Lasithi, on the beautiful island of Crete, Greece.

Carbone – Miami

The hubby and I headed down to Miami and Ft. Lauderdale, Florida to enjoy some sun and be with family. The hubby was lucky enough to get us a reservation at Carbone, Miami… and these reservations are difficult to get! Carbone is an Italian-American restaurant created by Mario Carbone, Rich Torrisi and Jeff Zalaznick.
